No. 2 Colin Edwards
All the way from the USA on board his Honda VTR, Colin Edwards finished with 333 points to come home in second.

No. 3 Ben Bostrom
Another American in the form of Ben Bostrom riding a Ducati 996R compiling 312 points brings it home in third place

No. 4 Troy Corser
After a few good runs early on, but running into some bad luck later in the year, Aussie Troy Corser on board his Aprilia RSV 1000, with 284 points, ended the year in fourth place, and good on him for having the guts to stand up and have the second race at Phillip Island stopped.

Niel Hodgson from the UK, riding a Ducati 996R finished the season with 269 points, in fifth position.

Spainiard Ruben Xaus, after graduating from the hectic pace of the 600's, brings his Ducati 996R home in sixth place, with a total of 236 points.

Everybodies favourite Italian, Frankie Chilli,wringing the neck of his Suzuki GSXR 750 finishes in seventh place, with 232 points
